Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Family Nurse Practitioner and College of Nursing Educator to join our team at OSF HealthCare. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and education to our patients and students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide patient care that is appropriate to the ages of the patients served.
  • Maintain full and current patient medical records, including reports of all examinations, procedures, and other services performed.
  • Exercise diligence in assisting the Ministry CEO in keeping costs of the Practice to a minimum while maintaining a high level of quality care for patients.
  • Provide a truly personalized, patient-centric experience to patients of the Practice and the OSF Hospital aligned to the patient's preferences, goals, and needs.
Requirements
  • Licensed to provide either an advanced practice nursing services in the State of Illinois or physician assistant services as issued by the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation.
  • Licensed by the Federal Drug Enforcement Administration and State of Illinois for prescribing of narcotics.
  • BLS/ALS Certified
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in a similar role.
