Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our team at Educational Therapy Professionals. As a COTA, you will work remotely with students in Arizona and Texas, providing direct services during school hours.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with supervising OTs to provide high-quality, engaging therapeutic services to students with various disabilities and diagnoses.
  • Build strong relationships with school personnel, students, and families to ensure effective communication and support.
  • Execute therapeutic services as per IEPs and student needs, demonstrating flexibility to meet school requirements.
  • Work independently to provide services to students under the direction of OTs.
Requirements
  • Be certified and licensed in Arizona and Texas as a COTA by the start of the contract.
  • Demonstrate flexibility to meet school needs and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate with administration, students, and faculty.
  • Execute high-quality, engaging therapeutic services as per IEPs and student needs.
