Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Otolaryngology physician to enhance our well-established practice in Portland, Oregon. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative, engaged, and data-driven professional who is passionate about delivering top-tier patient care. This role encompasses both direct clinical care and surgical services within the greater Portland area (NW Portland). You will work alongside two experienced Otolaryngologists, two Physician Assistants providing Otolaryngology services, as well as audiology services and office-based procedures. Additionally, you will collaborate with two hospitals and a nearby surgery center.

Key Details:

  • Call coverage is set at 1:8.
  • 18-month salary guarantee starting at $350,000 annually, complemented by a generous production incentive.
  • Potential for partnership after the second year.

Qualifications:

  • Preferred previous experience in Otolaryngology.
  • Board Eligible/Board Certified in Otolaryngology.
