Parking Security Job Description

Job Summary:

The Parking Security position is a critical role within The Kraft Group, responsible for ensuring fan compliance with parking lot rules, controlling access to restricted areas, and providing exceptional customer service to guests at Gillette Stadium.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enforce Parking Lot Rules: Assist and communicate with fans regarding non-compliance with parking lot rules, including guests occupying more than one parking space per vehicle, inappropriate behavior, and public intoxication.
  • Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Greet fans, respond to guest inquiries, provide directions, assist with seat assignments, and resolve general problems in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Control Access to Restricted Areas: Verify tickets or credentials to control access to restricted areas and escalate issues to management or local authorities as appropriate.
  • Monitor Crowd Activities: Monitor crowd activities and immediately report any suspicious or threatening situations to the area supervisor or local authorities in the event of an emergency.
  • Escort Players and Special Guests: Escort players or special guests as assigned by management to and from their vehicles.
  • Address Complaints and Concerns: Address all complaints and concerns in a courteous and professional manner and escalate issues appropriately to area supervisors.

Requirements:

  • High School Education or Equivalent: High school education or GED required.
  • Previous Experience in Security: Previous experience in the security field preferred.
  • Effective Communication Skills: Effective listening and communication skills.
  • Attention to Detail: Attentive to detail and observant.
  • Customer Service Orientation: Friendly and customer service oriented.
  • Ability to Work Under Pressure: Ability to remain calm and work under pressure.
  • Availability: Available to work all full Stadium events, including nights and weekends.

Physical Demands:

  • Standing for Prolonged Periods: Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time.
  • Reasonable Accommodations: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

Work Environment:

  • Loud Noise Level: The noise level in the work environment is typically loud.
  • Densely Populated: Densely populated on event day.
