Ebenezer, a leading senior living operator, is seeking a skilled Registered Dietitian to join our team at Aurora on France, an innovative senior living community in Edina, MN.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and review residents' nutritional status, documenting findings and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to develop menus that meet residents' dietary needs and preferences.
  • Precept students and provide guidance on nutrition-related topics.
  • Contribute to policy and procedure updates, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Complete Minimum Data Set (MDS), Care Plans, and other documentation as designated.
  • Participate in Stand-Up, Wound Round, and Transitional Care Unit (TCU) Rounds to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Audit care plans and kitchen cleanliness to maintain high standards of quality.
  • Attend Care Conferences for residents at nutritional risk, providing expert guidance and support.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition or a related field.
  • Registered Dietitian/Licensed Dietitian certification.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in senior living or long-term care.
  • Proficiency in using technology, including computer data entry and designated software programs.
