Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Handyman and Repair Expert to join our team at ABCO Facility Maintenance. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing skilled and semi-skilled work in a variety of commercial maintenance, repair, and construction jobs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform skilled and semi-skilled work in commercial maintenance, repair, and construction jobs
  • Operate common tools and equipment, as well as specialized equipment
  • Work with little to no guidance and demonstrate a proven track record of employment
  • Be tech-savvy and comfortable working with computers and mobile devices
  • Be available to rotate weekend on-call duties
  • Have a clean, valid driver's license and off-street parking for company vehicle with commercial plates
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in 3 or more of the following skilled trades: carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, roofing, etc.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work at heights
