About the Job

Noblesoft Technologies is seeking an experienced Senior Manufacturing Engineer to drive process improvements and enhance manufacturing efficiency. This role requires strong technical expertise and excellent collaboration skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support product lines through engineering activities, including troubleshooting and resolving manufacturing issues.
  • Lead and participate in Kaizen events to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Qualify manufacturing machines and develop validation protocols.
  • Apply statistical analysis tools and root cause analysis methodologies to optimize manufacturing processes.
  • Address non-conformances and implement corrective actions.
  • Promote continuous improvement initiatives and apply Lean Six Sigma principles.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on new product introductions, engineering change orders, and process optimization projects.

Estimated Salary: $150,000 - $220,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.
  • Six Sigma Black Belt certification is required.
  • At least 7 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, focusing on process improvement and Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Strong knowledge of Root Cause Analysis, DMAIC, 5S, SPC, Process Capabilities, Takt rate, OEE, and Kaizen events.
  • Ability to document and write SOPs, Work Instructions, and training materials.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in conducting statistical analysis and root cause analysis.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in using software tools such as SolidWorks, MS Project, Minitab, AutoCAD, Smartsheet, Outlook, and Excel.
