Job Summary

This role is responsible for ensuring the car lot is clean and organized, and that vehicles are properly maintained and prepared for sale. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a clean and organized car lot, including the interior and exterior of vehicles
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on vehicles, such as cleaning and detailing
  • Assist customers with vehicle inquiries and provide excellent customer service
  • Work effectively with other team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a sales or customer service role
  • Knowledge of automotive industry and sales processes
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a physically demanding environment
Work Environment

This role will be based in a fast-paced automotive dealership environment, with regular interaction with customers and team members. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a team environment and provide excellent customer service.
