We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at AHN Healthcare@Home. As a home health nurse, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality patient care in a team-based environment.

About the Role:

  • Provide management and delivery of patient care plans in partnership with Allegheny Health Network
  • Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients in their homes
  • Support patients in Oakland and surrounding areas
  • Eligible for a $15,000 first year success bonus

Requirements:

  • RN license in the state you work
  • Graduate from an approved school of practical nursing
  • One year of RN experience and the clinical competence to deliver quality patient care
  • Current drivers license and ability to spend ~20% of your day driving to/from patient locations
  • A commitment to consistently meet critical deadlines for charting
  • The skills needed to self-manage your time and schedule
  • Demonstrated experience with tablets, mobile phones and EMR software
