Job Summary: Allied Reliability is seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on conveyor belts, bucket elevators, and other equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Conduct troubleshooting and repair of mechanical systems, including electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
  • Perform preventative maintenance tasks, including lubrication, cleaning, and inspection of equipment.
  • Operate fork lifts to unload parts and conduct maintenance work.
  • Assist in the fabrication and repair of equipment, including welding and stick welding.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 35 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Available to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as required.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with conveyor belts, bucket elevators, and other equipment.
  • Knowledge of lockout/tagout procedures and safety protocols.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
  • Experience with welding and fabrication.
