KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop, mentor, and retain talent within your team
  • Promote our credit and loyalty initiatives to enhance the customer shopping experience
  • Oversee store merchandising, inventory control, and operational tasks to uphold brand standards
  • Leverage business reports to inform decisions and maintain high-performance benchmarks
  • Foster teamwork, collaboration, and engagement among team members
  • Effectively utilize company software and systems
  • Perform additional assigned responsibilities as necessary

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of supervisory experience
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Capability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with various software and systems
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

  • Clear vision, speech, hearing, and physical capabilities to perform job functions
  • Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 20 pounds
  • Full body mobility for bending, stooping, twisting, and reaching
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
