About the Role

The Plant Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall performance of the Pocahontas, Arkansas manufacturing facility, ensuring safety, quality, on-time delivery, productivity, and cost controls.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the production, maintenance, and quality assurance functions to achieve company objectives.
  • Direct the coordination of all manufacturing departments to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Develop and implement systems to track performance, optimize productivity, and reduce waste.
  • Manage manufacturing cost structures, explore cost-reduction measures, and apply Lean manufacturing principles.
  • Address employee concerns, foster a positive work atmosphere, and influence, mentor, and learn from direct and indirect reports.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or Business Management, or equivalent experience.
  • 10 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with 5 years in a management position.
  • Proven knowledge of business and management principles, safety, quality, productivity, inventory, and factory leadership processes.
  • Strong leadership and managerial attributes, ability to work in a team environment, and interface with a diverse workforce.
