Job Summary:The Neonatal APP will work collaboratively with medical, nursing, and support services to provide family-centered care to our patients. This role requires a strong commitment to ongoing education and professional development, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:- Provide clinical management of high-risk neonates and infants
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
- Participate in educational programs and workshops to stay current with best practices
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives
- Master's degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant Studies
- Current Florida State licensure as an APRN or PA
- Current BLS and PALS certification
- 3+ years of experience in a Level III or IV NICU
