Job Overview:

We are looking for a Quality Control Lab Technician to join our team at ADP - Bluegrass Superior Foods. As a Quality Control Lab Technician, you will be responsible for testing food products, maintaining lab equipment, and ensuring compliance with FDA regulations.

This is a full-time position that requires a high school diploma or equivalent and relevant experience in a food processing environment. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of current laboratory procedures, HACCP principles, and plant GMPs.

Responsibilities:
  • Test food products for physical and chemical characteristics, including color, consistency, and nutrients
  • Maintain lab equipment, including cleaning and sanitizing
  • Record and compile test results, preparing graphs and charts as needed
  • Ensure compliance with FDA regulations and company policies
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Relevant experience in a food processing environment (industry experience preferred)
  • Knowledge of current laboratory procedures, HACCP principles, and plant GMPs
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
Salary:

The estimated salary for this position is $50,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
