Job Overview

Silver Ridge, a leading healthcare provider in Mills River, NC, is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join their team.

Salary: $34-$38 per hour

Job Description:

We are committed to delivering exceptional care and support to those we serve. As a Registered Nurse at Pyramid Healthcare Inc., you will play an essential role in the delivery of treatment at our facility.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct nursing services to clients in adult substance-use treatment
  • Communicate effectively with LPNs in client care responsibilities and assignments
  • Conduct initial Nursing Assessments with new admissions
  • Administer medication as prescribed
  • Implement withdraw management protocols where applicable
  • Complete COWS and CIWA scales with appropriate clients per protocol where applicable
  • Provide medication education to clients
  • Coordinate and support Medical providers with initial assessments and medication management appointments
  • Maintain medical equipment in proper working order
  • Complete required trainings and mandatory training hours

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualities:

  • Current unencumbered RN license in the state of practice
  • Current CPR/BLS, and First Aid certification
  • Background or experience in a behavioral health treatment setting (preferred)
  • Background in Substance Use Treatment and Co-occurring Disorders (preferred)
