About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Scotchman. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and achieving sales goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide top-notch service to customers, ensuring they have a positive shopping experience and leave the store satisfied.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and outdoor areas.
  • Sales and Merchandising: Manage the store's appearance and stock, ensuring a visually appealing and well-stocked store.
  • Cash Handling: Handle a high volume of transactions with efficiency and accuracy.
  • Team Collaboration: Work seamlessly with colleagues to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive team environment.
Requirements
  • Age Requirement: Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Availability: Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English effectively.
  • Math Proficiency: Basic math skills required, including addition, subtraction, division, and multiplication.
  • Physical Ability: Capable of frequently lifting 10 lbs and occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs.
