We are seeking a skilled and experienced Preschool Chef to join our team at The Learning Experience - Corporate Childcare Centers. As a Preschool Chef, you will be responsible for preparing nutritious and delicious meals for our children, while ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality.

• Plan and prepare healthy meals for children, following state and federal nutritional requirements.
• Manage food inventory, ordering, and storage, within the center's budget.
• Ensure food is served at the right temperature and in clean, safe containers.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to local health and safety regulations.
• Supervise and assist with food preparation, serving, and cleanup.
• Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a smooth and efficient food service operation.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; ECE coursework preferred.
• Relevant experience in a licensed childcare facility kitchen, commercial kitchen, or public school cafeteria.
• Food service/food handler's permit or license, as required by state and local regulations.
• Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 40 pounds, and stand for extended periods.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
