Job Title: Respiratory Therapist

CrossMed Allied is seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team for a travel assignment in Indianapolis, Indiana.

Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Respiratory Therapist to provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic healthcare environment. As a travel Respiratory Therapist, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population and develop your skills in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities
  • Provide respiratory care to patients with a variety of conditions, including respiratory failure, pneumonia, and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).
  • Conduct pulmonary function tests, including spirometry and arterial blood gas analysis.
  • Develop and implement individualized respiratory care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Requirements
  • At least 1-2 years of experience as a Respiratory Therapist.
  • Graduate from an accredited respiratory therapy program.
  • Certifications may be required based on facility requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
