Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven individual to join our team as an Outside Sales Representative. As a Custom Post Frame Building Sales Expert, you will have the opportunity to work with customers in their homes to design and deliver tailored solutions.

The ideal candidate will have construction experience, building materials sales experience, or in-home sales experience. The territory includes Skagit, Whatcom, and Island County.

We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus commissions that can exceed $100,000 annually.

  • Meeting with potential customers to design and deliver customized solutions
  • Converting leads into satisfied customers through exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills
