The Physical Therapist will be responsible for providing patient care in Area #10 covering the cities of San Mateo, Brisbane, Burlingame, Daly City, Redwood City, Hillsborough, Millbrae, Colma, South San Francisco, Pacifica, Palo Alto, Belmont, San Bruno, Half Moon Bay, San Carlos, Menlo Park, El Granada, and Area #9 covering the city of San Francisco. The Physical Therapist may be required to travel outside the area or work weekends to maintain weekly visit expectations.

The Physical Therapist will have the option to choose between a guaranteed hours or non-guaranteed hours arrangement. If guaranteed, the Physical Therapist will be required to complete at least 30 points per week, with 36 hours guarantee. If non-guaranteed, the Physical Therapist will be required to see Covid+ and Covid PUI patients, and payment will be made on a per visit basis.

The Physical Therapist will be responsible for maintaining accurate records and adhering to company policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
