Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Ultrasound Technologist to join our team at Convergence Medical Staffing. As an Ultrasound Technologist, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining ultrasound equipment, preparing patients for exams, and capturing high-quality images for diagnostic purposes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain ultrasound equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety
  • Prepare patients for exams, explaining procedures and answering questions
  • Capture high-quality images for diagnostic purposes, adhering to established protocols
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest ultrasound technology and techniques
Requirements
  • Associate's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or related field
  • Current certification in Ultrasound Technology (RDMS, RDCS, or RVT)
  • 1+ year of experience in ultrasound technology
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
