We are seeking a skilled Child & Family Therapist to join our team at Compass Health in North Snohomish County. As a member of our Children's Intensive Services (WISe) program, you will work with youth and their families to provide individualized, creative, and strength-based approaches within the wraparound model.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical services using evidenced-based practice models
- Work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary treatment team to support youth and caregivers
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to maintain children in a least restrictive and community-based environment
Requirements:
- Master's degree in a behavioral science related field
- Qualifies as a Mental Health Professional (MHP) as defined by WAC
- Ability to pass pre-employment criminal background check
