Job Overview

Position Summary:

As an Aircraft Maintenance Dispatcher at Certified Aviation Services LLC, you will work closely with our clients to ensure that maintenance tasks are effectively assigned, scheduled, and executed. Your role is crucial in meeting the aircraft needs of our clientele by ensuring timely maintenance and on-schedule departures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize and manage internal crew schedules in alignment with flight arrivals.
  • Ensure operational reliability and efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with clients.
  • Implement emergency protocols for incidents such as aircraft arrival delays or manpower shortages.
  • Exhibit strong attention to detail and maintain awareness of personnel shifts and flight schedules.
  • Maintain and review both computerized and manual records as assigned.
  • Oversee data use agreements and inventory of tools and equipment.
  • Assist in coordinating scheduled maintenance oversight.
  • Support the maintenance of resources, including resumes and training documentation.
  • Update maintenance schedules with progress reports.
  • Process electronic timecards for the team.
  • Organize and distribute project close-out documents.
  • Facilitate the distribution of necessary documentation and reports.
  • Provide assistance to team members in areas such as shipping, receiving, and general office tasks.
  • Support HR in the hiring and onboarding processes, including security clearance facilitation.
  • Communicate effectively with clear directives.
  • Uphold and promote the mission, values, and culture of Certified Aviation Services LLC.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as required.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Must be a US citizen and legally authorized to work in the country.
  • Valid Driver License with a record that meets company insurance standards.
  • Knowledge of Business Aviation, FAA regulations, and aircraft maintenance.
  • Preferred 2 years of related experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Project, Access, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong command of the English language.
  • Experience in handling calls and emails professionally.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
  • Familiarity with contract documents and the ability to summarize key terms.
  • Demonstrated organizational skills and a proactive approach.
  • Strong customer service abilities and sound judgment.
  • Ability to establish work priorities and produce effective performance.
  • Energetic and tenacious attitude with strong interpersonal skills.
