Nurse Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Infusion Team at Duke Health. As an Infusion Coordinator, you will play a vital role in providing seamless care to patients in the comfort of their own homes.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to organize and coordinate care for patients with infusion needs.
- Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Plan and provide advanced and/or specialized nursing care for patients in accordance with the DUHS Professional Practice model.
- Participate in the clinical ladder program, educational activities, departmental committees, research projects, or other health-related projects as assigned.
- Previous work experience of 2+ years as a clinical nurse is preferred.
- At least one year of previous work experience as a registered nurse is required for a CSN II role.
- Associate Degree or Diploma, Nursing required.
- Registered Nurses are not required but encouraged to enroll in a DUHS-approved BSN program after completing two years of service.
