**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Quality Supervisor to join our team. As a Quality Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality in our operations. This includes determining layered audit schedules, driving resolution of audit findings, and preparing invoices for sorting activity.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Determine layered audit schedule and drive resolution of audit findings through the Five Phase Problem Solving Process
  • Prepare invoices for sorting activity and supervise Liaisons
  • Request shipper forms and arrange shipment Clips/CMA operation
  • Facilitate the implementation of system changes and reflect process changes in our Quality Management System
  • Resolve supplier quality issues with the customer when the SQA technician is unable to reach consensus
  • Perform layered audits and participate in Multi-disciplinary Five Phase Problem Solving Teams that drive the company's continuous improvement process and policies
  • Execute or facilitate team training and promote a safe working environment
  • Enforce company policies/procedures and corresponding work instructions

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field
  • 3 years of experience in a warehousing/distribution environment
  • 2 years of materials experience a plus
  • Prior 3PL experience is preferred or other Warehousing/Distribution experience
  • Strong PC skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
