We are seeking a talented Content Creator to join our team at the University of Virginia Alumni Association. As an Associate Editor, you will have the opportunity to combine your reporting, writing, and editing skills to create engaging stories for our magazine and digital platforms.
With a strong understanding of print and online publishing, you will be responsible for developing a range of content, from major features to news reports to data stories. You will also have oversight of regularly occurring sections of the magazine.
The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in journalism or publishing, preferably with features or magazines. A bachelor's degree in journalism or English is preferred, but not required.
The salary for this position is estimated to be $60,000-$75,000 per year, depending on experience.
