Job Title: Home Health Aide

Job Summary: We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Home Health Aide to provide high-quality care to our clients in the comfort of their own homes. As a Home Health Aide, you will assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as provide emotional support and companionship.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to clients
  • Assist clients with light housekeeping and meal preparation
  • Transport clients to appointments and errands
  • Monitor clients' vital signs and report any changes to the nurse

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One year of experience in home health care or a related field
  • Ability to lift 25 pounds and stand for long periods
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
