Job DescriptionAbout the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Psychiatric Registered Nurse to join our team at a psychiatric facility in Colorado. As a Psychiatric RN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care to individuals with psychiatric conditions
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs
- Develop and implement treatment plans to address patient needs
- Provide education and support to patients and their families
Requirements:
- Current and valid Colorado (or compact state) RN license required
- Minimum 1+ years of acute care psych experience as an RN within the last 2 years, no exceptions
- Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association is required
