We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Cardiac Stepdown team at Saint Vincent Hospital. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide direct clinical patient care and assume responsibility for assessing, planning, and implementing care to assigned patients.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to patients on the Cardiac Stepdown unit
- Assess, plan, and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes
- Supervise and mentor nursing staff to ensure competency and quality care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice
- CPR certification
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
