Lake Washington Schools Foundation is seeking an experienced Business Operations Coordinator to join our team. This is a part-time, 20-25 hour per week position with a flexible schedule.

About Us

Our organization raises funds and amplifies community resources to support students in the Lake Washington School District. We have successfully raised and allocated millions of dollars towards innovative programs and initiatives over the past 20 years.

The Role

This Business Operations Coordinator will be responsible for performing day-to-day bookkeeping duties, maintaining accounts payable and receivable files, and processing donations and payments. They will also work closely with our Development Team to process donations, enter financial data into QuickBooks, and lead annual financial audits.

In addition, this role will involve renewing and tracking business licenses, supporting staff onboarding, administering email and organizational group accounts, and managing grants and grant reporting requirements.

The ideal candidate will have experience using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint and Teams. They should also possess excellent communication and writing skills, as well as the ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines without compromising quality.

Benefits

This part-time position offers a competitive salary of approximately $45,000 per year, based on the estimated number of hours worked.
