Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and courteous Valet Attendant to join our team at Baptist Health. As a Valet Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest services to patients, visitors, and guests while meeting the high standards of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide professional and courteous guest services to patients, visitors, and guests, ensuring a positive experience for all.
• Proactively approach, greet, and acknowledge all customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing quick and responsive customer service while returning or parking their vehicles.
• Assist with valet personnel and parking duties in the absence of the Lead Valet Attendant, performing other duties as assigned.
• Ensure a safe and secure parking environment for all guests.
• Maintain a clean and organized parking area, adhering to all safety and security protocols.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless guest services and a positive experience for all.

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Current driver's license and a clean driving record required.
• CPR certification and valid driver's license required.
