Innova Solutions is actively seeking a facilities technician.

Position Type: Full-time Contract, Temp to Perm.

Location: Onsite in Van Nuys, CA

As a facilities technician, your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting on-site preventative maintenance, routine repairs, and calibrations.
  • Addressing basic, non-complex issues and escalating more intricate problems to senior technicians.
  • Utilizing your experience and technical skills to assess service requirements for preventative maintenance and system operations.
  • Informing management about preventative maintenance inspections conducted and recommending corrective actions.
  • Collaborating within a team environment to share knowledge and manage workload while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Maintaining a safe working environment and adhering to all safety protocols at all times.
  • Performing additional duties as assigned.
  • Exhibiting flexibility to work overtime, be on-call, and work weekends as necessary.
  • Seeking a technician with HVAC expertise and prior experience to address potential HVAC challenges.

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, or a 2-year post-secondary/Associates Degree with 0 to 2 years of related experience.

Compensation and Benefits:

Pay Range: $25-$30/hr.

Compensation will be determined based on various factors, including education, work experience, job location, specific duties, and certifications.
