About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Starbucks Barista to join our team at Target. As a Barista, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, preparing high-quality beverages and food, and maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve high-quality beverages and food to customers
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Barista or in a customer-facing role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Physical ability to lift up to 44 pounds and stand for long periods
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends
