Job Title: Bartender

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Bartender to join our team at ZMC Hotels. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, preparing drinks, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Promptly greet guests and offer food and drink menus.
  • Obtain orders and deliver them to the kitchen or mix drinks as ordered.
  • Return to tables periodically to ensure all needs are met and offer dessert.
  • Present checks and handle payment and change.
  • Remove dirty dishes and linen as needed and reset tables with clean items.
  • Prepare drinks for cocktail servers and maintain a clean uniform and person.
  • Monitor snacks at the bar and tables and empty, clean, and refill items as needed.
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment and adhere to company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
  • Ability to lift 30 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
