We are seeking a highly skilled Office Administrative Assistant to drive company success.
About the Role
The ideal candidate will perform a range of clerical and administrative functions, including drafting correspondences and other formal documents, planning and scheduling appointments and events, greeting and assisting onsite guests, answering inbound telephone calls, and developing and implementing organized filing systems.
Responsibilities
- Drafting and editing various types of documents, including emails, reports, and presentations
- Scheduling appointments, meetings, and events using calendars and planners
- Greeting and directing visitors, vendors, and delivery personnel
- Answering and directing incoming phone calls, taking messages, and transferring calls as needed
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and files, both physical and digital
- Performing other administrative tasks as required, such as data entry, mail distribution, and supply management
Qualifications and Requirements
- Prior experience in office administration or a related field is essential
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with colleagues, managers, and clients
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Familiarity with QuickBooks and ConnectWise is a plus
- A strong social media presence is a bonus
Compensation and Benefits
Our competitive salary for this role is $45,000 per year, with additional benefits including health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
