We are seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our clinical team. As a Clinical Communication Specialist, you will work closely with children and their families to address communication disorders and develop personalized treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and create individualized treatment plans for children with speech and language disorders
  • Develop and implement evidence-based interventions to promote communication skills and cognitive development
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and seamless transitions between therapies
  • Communicate regularly with families and healthcare providers to provide updates on progress and plan adjustments
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in the state of practice
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working with pediatric populations
  • Strong leadership and mentorship skills
