Key Responsibilities:
As an AV Support Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of audio-visual equipment during critical meetings and events.
Work Environment:
Dress code is business casual, with professional attire required for formal meetings. You will primarily operate from the headquarters but will also travel to various locations equipped with conference facilities. Transportation will be provided for local travel.
Technical Expertise:
Our client boasts a state-of-the-art dispatch center featuring a large video wall, numerous monitors, and a multitude of conference rooms equipped with advanced audio-visual technology.
In this role, you will:
- Diagnose and resolve audio-visual issues promptly.
- Exhibit exceptional communication and customer service skills.
- Demonstrate proficiency with audio equipment, including microphones, mixers, amplifiers, and speakers.
- Be familiar with visual technology such as projectors, screens, and video cameras.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Strong troubleshooting abilities for A/V equipment.
- Proficiency in A/V control software, preferably Crestron and Teams video.
- A solid understanding of signal flow, wiring, and basic networking principles, including knowledge of IP-based A/V solutions.
