Overview

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Cardiac Telemetry unit at Novant Health. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with patients who require close monitoring and care for various cardiac conditions.

Responsibilities
  • Assess and plan individualized care for patients with cardiac conditions
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Monitor patients' vital signs and cardiac rhythms, and take appropriate action as needed
  • Provide education to patients and their families on cardiac health and disease management
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
Requirements
  • Current RN licensure in the state of North Carolina
  • 1 year of experience in a medical/surgical or cardiac telemetry setting
  • BLS and ACLS certification
  • CCRN, PCCN, or CNRN certification preferred
