Speech-Language Pathologist Position

The Center for Discovery is seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team. This role involves assessing communication needs and providing intervention to promote functional independence in communication and oral-motor control.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate communication strengths and needs for individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Develop and implement intervention plans to promote functional communication and oral-motor skills.
- Collaborate with the trans-disciplinary team to provide comprehensive intervention programs.
- Manage caseload to meet established productivity standards.
- Provide training and supervision to clinical staff.
Requirements:
- Master of Arts/Science degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Registration or eligibility in the State of New York in accordance with public licensure requirements.
