- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices that enhance patient outcomes and safety.
- Current RN licensure in the state of Virginia or compact/multi-state eligibility.
- 1-2 years of experience in critical care nursing, with a focus on cardiac care.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, with ACLS certification within 1 year of hire.
