About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Applied Behavior Analyst to join our interdisciplinary team at Soar Autism Center. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children with autism and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized ABA therapy plans aligned with the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM).
  • Collaborate with clinical teams to conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide ongoing support to clients.
  • Oversee a team of therapists, ensuring high-quality care and seamless coordination.
  • Conduct standardized assessments and refine treatment plans based on client progress.
  • Build strong partnerships with families, guiding them through the therapy process and supporting their engagement.
Requirements
  • Minimum of a master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or a related field.
  • Current BCBA certification.
  • Experience in ABA early intervention.
  • Preferred candidates have a background in Child Development, Early Childhood Education, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on experience.
