Speech Language Pathologist Job Summary

Kaiser Permanente is seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in Los Angeles, California.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and diagnose patients with communication and swallowing disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy programs to address speech, language, and swallowing impairments
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care
  • Conduct diagnostic clinical swallowing evaluations and interpret results
  • Provide in-service training to healthcare staff and supervise Speech Pathology Assistants
Requirements:
  • Masters or Doctorate Degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • One year of clinical experience in Speech Pathology
  • Speech-Language Pathologist License (California)
  • Basic Life Support certification
Preferred Qualifications:
  • One year of clinical experience in dysphagia management
