- Provide in-service training to healthcare staff and supervise Speech Pathology Assistants
- Masters or Doctorate Degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program
- One year of clinical experience in Speech Pathology
- Speech-Language Pathologist License (California)
- Basic Life Support certification
- One year of clinical experience in dysphagia management
