About the Job

This is a full-time position working evening shifts, typically Monday through Friday from 3 pm to 11 pm. You will work as part of a supportive team to assist customers with U-Haul products and services, including equipment rentals, sales, and maintenance.


Responsibilities:
  • Assist customers with equipment rentals, sales, and maintenance
  • Use smartphone-based technology to manage inventory and process transactions
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred
  • Valid driver's license and ability to maintain a good driving record
  • Prior customer service experience preferred, but not required

Work Environment:

This role requires some physical exertion, including long periods of standing, walking, and moving equipment weighing at least 50 pounds unassisted.
