Licensed Therapist

New Developed Nations is seeking a skilled Licensed Therapist to provide crisis stabilization and ongoing counseling services to individuals in need. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with clients to address symptom management, interpersonal processes, and psychotherapeutic recreation, helping them to function at their highest potential and avoid acute care situations.
Responsibilities:
Provides crisis stabilization and ongoing weekly or bi-weekly counseling services to clients
Addresses symptom management, interpersonal processes, and psychotherapeutic recreation to help clients function at their highest potential
Knows and complies with all applicable contract requirements, insurance requirements, and seeks out clarification if needed
Ensures services provided are properly documented in accordance with program, agency, and regulatory requirements
Responsible for the completion of mental health assessments as needed
Makes referrals to outside agencies for acute mental health, SUD (substance use disorder), SAY (sexually aggressive youth), and neuropsychological services as needed
