The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) is seeking a dedicated Facilities Engineer to deliver expert engineering services that support the design, acquisition, construction, operation, and lifecycle maintenance of facilities.

- Engage in all aspects of facility lifecycle management, providing strategic advice to leadership on facility management and environmental impact mitigation.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless integration of campus projects and operations.
- Represent the agency's interests in meetings across various locations, fostering effective communication with campus partners and local government entities.
- Lead engineering initiatives to maintain joint campus operations and disseminate vital information to stakeholders.
- Manage complex challenges and drive task management to ensure successful project execution.
Mandatory Criteria:
- Proven experience in critical thinking and problem resolution within program or project settings.
- Demonstrated ability to manage collaborative environments among diverse stakeholders.
- Experience in overseeing engineering and facilities operations programs or project management.
- A degree in Engineering from an accredited institution.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Professional certifications such as Professional Engineer (PE) or Certified Facility Manager (CFM).
- Experience in navigating ambiguity and providing innovative solutions to technical challenges.
- Advanced degree in Engineering from an accredited institution.
This role requires a commitment to fostering a collaborative environment that upholds the principles of the campus charter. The selected candidate will be expected to maintain a high level of organizational culture and represent all partners equally.
