Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the performance of third-party logistics providers and deliver on yearly operating plans.
  • Oversee and manage contracts with third-party vendors, ensuring they are executed in accordance with contract terms, corporate goals, and legal requirements.
  • Create, monitor, and analyze performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of third-party logistics and service fulfillment operations.
  • Critically assess, identify patterns, and make data-driven decisions to enhance service operations and performance, and execute transformative strategies.
  • Evaluate performance to ensure contracts and contractors meet the company quality and service standards.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance service delivery, increase efficiency, and reduce costs.
  • Inspire, encourage, and persuade both internal and external stakeholders to adopt novel procedures or modifications that can boost efficiency and performance.
  • Able to create alignment among key stakeholders toward the attainment of shared objectives and common goals.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve service quality, increase customer satisfaction, and drive business growth.
  • Analyze customer feedback, identifying areas for improvement and implementing such changes to continuously improve service delivery.

Requirements:

Technical Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of working experience in warehouse management, third-party logistics, logistics.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and logistics, including safety procedures and regulations in a warehouse setting.
  • Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably with experience managing third-party contractors.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Tableau, Oracle ERP.
