Magnolia Senior Living At Sugarhill is seeking a highly skilled Kitchen Manager to lead our culinary team. The successful candidate will have experience in managing kitchen operations, supervising staff, and controlling costs.
Main Responsibilities- Food Preparation: Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and approved menus, with a focus on presentation and taste.
- Staff Management: Supervise kitchen staff, provide training and guidance, and ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- Cost Control: Monitor and control food costs, prepare cost reports, and work with the Restaurant Manager to establish pricing strategies.
- Experience: Proven work experience as a Kitchen Manager, Restaurant Manager, or Head Chef in a similar setting, with excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Salary Range: $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
