$120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled Inpatient Pharmacist to join our healthcare team in Tucson, Arizona. As a key member of our pharmacy team, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and timely medication dispensing and distribution.
  • Collaborating with healthcare providers to optimize medication therapy and ensure patient safety.
  • Monitoring medication orders for appropriateness, accuracy, and potential drug interactions.
  • Participating in medication reconciliation processes and providing clinical pharmacy services as needed.
  • Assisting in the training and supervision of pharmacy technicians and interns.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Current licensure or eligibility for licensure as a pharmacist in the state of Arizona.
  • Previous experience in an inpatient hospital pharmacy setting is preferred.
  • Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of pharmacy practice standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
