Job Summary

This role is designed for a dynamic individual who will engage with customers both in-person and over the phone. Your communication skills will be essential in articulating warranty options, coordinating time commitments between technicians and customers, managing checkout processes, and promoting our products and services.

Qualifications

Applicants should possess a High School Diploma or equivalent and have at least 2 years of experience in consumer retail sales. Strong communication skills are necessary to assist customers with sales inquiries and resolve complaints, ensuring customer retention and loyalty. Problem-solving skills related to customer issues are essential. A valid driver's license is required at all times, and candidates must complete all mandatory BSRO training courses and modules relevant to this position.

Preferred Qualifications

A 2-year degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
