Job Title: Home Health Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant

As a Home Health Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals in their homes.

About the Role:
  • Provide occupational therapy services to patients in their homes to restore their physical abilities and improve their quality of life.
  • Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop effective treatment plans.
  • Implement and modify treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
Requirements:
  • Current OTA licensure in the state of Georgia.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Current driver's license and vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.
